Idle Rancher: Cozy Ranch — Terms of Service

1. Operator and use

Martin Suarez (operating as Galileo Gaming) provides the game for personal entertainment. Questions: support@galileogamestudio.com. Our contact address and data practices are in the privacy notice. Children should play with appropriate parental supervision and Apple family controls.

2. Purchases and refunds

The game offers an optional "Remove Ads" purchase and an optional "Permanent x2 Income" purchase. The Apple purchase confirmation shows the actual localized price before payment. Purchases are optional. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be cashed out. Do not purchase an ad-removal benefit for local play that already has no ads.

Use Settings → Restore Purchases with the same Apple account for eligible permanent purchases. For an Apple refund request, use Apple's Report a Problem; Apple handles its payment/refund decision subject to applicable law. Contact us for missing delivery. These terms do not remove statutory refund, consumer or privacy rights. There are no auto-renewing subscriptions in this release.

3. Saves and fair play

Keep device backups. Local and optional iCloud progress can be affected by device changes, conflicts or resets; contact support before deleting data to troubleshoot. Do not exploit reward claims, impersonate another player or tamper with purchase verification. We investigate reported delivery and save failures.

4. Feedback and community

Reporting problems is optional and never requires a purchase, Discord membership, App Store review or positive comment. Submitting a report does not currently guarantee a reward. Any future reward program will state eligibility, duplicate handling, limits and delivery before it opens. Beta access is free and unconditional, with no promised compensation for installing or testing a TestFlight build. Community members must follow posted rules and Discord's minimum age and terms. Never post payment, account, child or security-sensitive details publicly.

5. Content and permissions

Game content is original or used under applicable third-party licences; see Credits and Open-source licences in the app. You receive permission to play the game, not ownership of its assets. Do not distribute third-party content without permission. Restrictions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

6. Availability and legal rights

We work to fix defects, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every device will behave identically. Nothing here excludes a warranty, remedy or liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude. Updated terms appear at this URL with their effective date.
