1. Who is responsible
Martin Suarez (operating as Galileo Gaming) is responsible for the game's processing and support requests. Contact: support@galileogamestudio.com. Authorized contact address: C Lago Meru 39, Granada, Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX, Mexico, 11520.
2. Local play, age and family controls
In the current age-aware release, players under 18, players who do not share an age range, and adults who choose local play use the local experience. It does not start AdMob, GameAnalytics, automatic iCloud sync or Game Center sign-in. Local bonuses do not show ads. Older installed builds may differ; update the game before relying on these controls.
On supported devices Apple can share an age range. Otherwise a neutral age screen maps the answer to a broad group. The game retains the broad group and privacy choices locally, not an exact birthday or the entered age. It does not send that age record to our analytics or advertising services. Purchases, restores and external links require the adult-area task unless an adult range is established. That task allows one action; it does not change the age group, start advertising or constitute verified parental consent to child data collection.
Progress, settings, privacy choices and purchase-delivery records are kept on the device. The game has no Galileo account, chat, photo upload, session replay or email marketing signup. We do not ask for contacts, precise location, identity documents or card details.
3. Optional online services and purchases
- Apple: when eligible adult online play is enabled, iCloud can sync progress through your Apple account, and Game Center can handle scores and achievements. Apple also handles its age-range service, payment authentication, purchase transactions and restores. The game receives transaction identifiers and product/entitlement information to deliver purchases and prevent duplicate delivery, not your payment-card details. Apple's own services and backups are governed by Apple's privacy policy.
- Google AdMob: for eligible adult online players, Google and its ad partners may process IP address, device/ad identifiers, app/device information, diagnostics and ad interactions for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and, where permitted, personalized advertising. Applicable consent forms and tracking permission are checked before eligible requests. Declining tracking does not remove the core game. An error or ineligible consent state may mean no ads are served. Review available choices in Settings → Privacy choices and iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. See Google's policy.
- Optional GameAnalytics: gameplay analytics stays off until an eligible adult explicitly enables Settings → Analytics. A random installation identifier, game/device/OS version, gameplay events, scores, optional-ad events and purchase/product/price events may then be sent to GameAnalytics. Network requests expose an IP address; the provider can derive country. We do not send the advertising ID to this analytics service. Its purpose is to understand play and improve the game, separately from advertising. See GameAnalytics' notice. Under-18 and local profiles cannot enable this service.
Remove Ads removes forced ads; optional rewarded ads remain available to eligible adult online players. Local play already has no third-party ads.
4. Support, feedback and community
If you choose to contact support, we receive your email address and the message, device/version details or attachments you decide to send. We use these to investigate, reply, resolve purchases or privacy requests, and prevent abuse. Do not send passwords, payment-card details, identity documents or advertising identifiers. Adults should submit reports on behalf of children without identifying the child. The feedback page prepares an email locally: it does not automatically upload a report or save the draft on our server.
Discord is optional and is governed by Discord's privacy policy and its minimum-age rules. A Discord account is separate from the game; we do not link it to gameplay analytics. Community posts can be visible to other members and moderators. Use private support for purchase, child-privacy or security issues. A community reward, if a program opens, is never conditional on a positive review or App Store rating.
5. Website, recipients and retention
The website uses self-hosted fonts, without advertising cookies, site analytics or session replay. GitHub Pages and Cloudflare handle hosting, security and network delivery, which can involve IP/request logs and necessary security cookies. Email providers process support correspondence. Apple, Google, GameAnalytics, Discord and hosting/email providers may process information outside Mexico, including the United States, under their applicable terms and safeguards.
Local records stay until reset or removed, subject to device backups. Turning Analytics off stops new analytics collection and removes the local analytics identifier and unsent events; it does not erase records already sent. Providers apply their own retention/deletion processes. Support and reward-administration records are kept while needed to resolve a case, prevent duplicate rewards, handle disputes or meet legal obligations, then removed or de-identified when no longer needed. We do not sell personal data for money; permitted ad personalization may be considered sharing for cross-context advertising under US state law.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You may choose local play, withdraw analytics permission, review available advertising choices, and use Apple's privacy tools. To request access, correction, deletion/cancellation or objection (ARCO), withdraw consent, limit use/disclosure, or ask about an applicable US privacy right, email support@galileogamestudio.com with subject “Privacy request”, the game and the right requested. Provide only information reasonably needed to find the relevant record and a way to reply. Do not send an ID document by default; if proportionate identity checks or clarification are necessary, we will explain a private route. An authorized representative or parent may contact us. We respond within the applicable legal deadlines and explain any lawful retention or limitation. Core play does not depend on optional analytics or joining Discord.
Deleting the app does not necessarily remove iCloud backups, Game Center records, Apple's purchase history or provider-held analytics. We will help route requests to the appropriate provider and address records under our control. If a child’s information was processed unexpectedly, contact us privately so we can investigate and stop inappropriate processing.

Datos y finalidades: el progreso, ajustes, grupo amplio de edad y registro de entregas se guardan localmente. Apple procesa compras y, cuando corresponde, sincronización y Game Center. La publicidad para adultos elegibles puede tratar identificadores, IP, datos del dispositivo e interacciones; la analítica opcional trata un identificador aleatorio y eventos de juego para mejorar el producto. Si nos escribes, usamos tu correo y el contenido que envíes para atender la solicitud. No solicitamos datos sensibles, fecha exacta de nacimiento ni datos bancarios. No compartas información personal de menores.
En las versiones actuales con controles de edad, menores de 18 años, edades desconocidas y adultos en modo local no inician anuncios, analítica, sincronización automática ni Game Center. El control del área de adultos no autoriza recopilar datos infantiles. La analítica requiere una decisión expresa de un adulto elegible y se puede rechazar sin perder el juego. Los proveedores indicados arriba pueden tratar datos fuera de México según sus propias políticas.
Derechos ARCO y consentimiento: puedes solicitar acceso, rectificación, cancelación u oposición, revocar consentimiento o limitar el uso y divulgación por el correo anterior, con asunto “Solicitud de privacidad”, juego y derecho que deseas ejercer. Incluye sólo los datos necesarios para localizar el registro y recibir respuesta. No envíes documentos de identidad sin que se te explique una verificación proporcional por un canal privado. Atenderemos la solicitud en los plazos legales aplicables; explicaremos las aclaraciones o retenciones legalmente necesarias. Desactivar la analítica no elimina automáticamente datos ya enviados: podemos ayudarte con la solicitud al proveedor correspondiente.
