Report a problem or share an idea

Use our private report helper or email support@galileogamestudio.com. Include the game/build, device and iOS version, steps and what you expected. A screenshot is optional: remove personal details first. Adults should send reports for children without identifying the child. For TestFlight, you can also use Apple's Send Beta Feedback.

Purchases and refunds

Use Settings → Restore Purchases with the Apple account used to buy eligible permanent benefits. Restore does not refill spent consumables. If delivery is missing, contact us before buying again. Do not send card details or passwords. Apple handles refund requests at Report a Problem.

Local play and sync

The current age-aware release keeps under-18, unknown-age and local profiles offline from ads, gameplay analytics, automatic cloud sync and Game Center. Eligible adults can choose online features in Age & Privacy. iCloud sync needs the same Apple account and enabled iCloud on each device; it is not a substitute for a backup. Do not delete or reset your save while investigating a progress issue.

Privacy and deletion

Use Age & Privacy, the Analytics switch, and any available Privacy choices in game. Turning Analytics off stops sending and removes local pending analytics, but does not automatically erase provider records. Apple manages iCloud, Game Center and purchase history separately. Email support for records under our control or help with a provider request; see the privacy notice and ARCO procedure. There is no Galileo account to delete.

Ads and safety

Report an inappropriate ad through its reporting control where available, or send us the game, approximate time and a redacted screenshot. Never send your advertising identifier. Our ad settings cannot guarantee every creative is suitable; reports help us investigate and block problems.

Bug rewards and Discord

A reporting/reward program is being prepared. It is not open yet and no automatic reward is promised per submission. Critical feedback is welcome. Reporting never requires joining Discord or rating the game. Read the current program status and terms.
